1. Who we are

This website is operated by Silver Scott Mines, Inc., a Nevada corporation quoted on the OTC market under the ticker SILS ("SILS", "we", "us"). Our mailing address is 4160 N Highway A1A, Unit 907A, Hutchinson Island, FL 34949.

This policy covers this website and its forms. It does not cover SILS products, which are in development and will carry their own privacy terms before release.

2. What we collect

• Developer preview sign-ups: your name, work email, optional company or project name, what you are building, and your consent to be contacted.
• Investor alert requests and email you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, government identification, financial account details or other sensitive information through this website. The forms do not ask about investment interest.

3. How we use it

• To run the developer preview and contact you about it.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To keep the website secure and working.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Service providers and third parties

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code libraries. Your browser connects to them directly, which shares your IP address with them.
• TradingView provides the delayed stock chart and quote on the Investor relations page. When that page loads, TradingView receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It may store small preferences in your browser, such as reduced motion. Third-party services named above may set their own cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep developer preview and contact information for as long as the preview runs and up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights. We will respond as the applicable law requires and will not discriminate against you for using them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
