Forward-looking statements.
Much of this website describes plans. Plans can change, and actual results may differ materially from what the website describes.
1. What counts as forward-looking
This website contains forward-looking statements. They include statements about product development and timing, supported networks, partnerships, the proposed transaction, regulatory plans, market size and adoption, and the company's strategy. Words such as "plans", "expects", "intends", "will", "may", "designed to", "in development" and similar terms identify them.
These statements are based on current expectations and assumptions. They are not guarantees. They are subject to risks and uncertainties, many outside the company's control.
2. Main risks
- The proposed transaction. It is subject to definitive agreements, approvals and conditions, and may not close, may close on different terms or may be delayed.
- Limited resources. The company has limited cash and operations. It will need funding to develop products, pay for audits and filings, and operate. Funding may not be available on acceptable terms.
- Products in development. No SILS product is generally available. Development may take longer, cost more or not succeed. Features may change or be dropped.
- Networks and partners. Products depend on Revolution Network, which is in development, on Revolution Name Service and on other third-party networks, standards and identity providers. Their changes, delays or failures could harm the company. Some of these parties may be related to parties in the proposed transaction, which may create conflicts of interest.
- Regulation. Payments, money transmission, digital assets, identity verification, privacy and artificial intelligence are heavily regulated and changing. New rules or interpretations could restrict or prevent the company's plans.
- Digital assets. The company holds REVO tokens. Their value can fall sharply, their regulatory status is uncertain, and staking carries technical and slashing risk. Any staking rewards are uncertain.
- Technology and security. Zero-knowledge proofs, smart contracts and agent systems are new. Errors, vulnerabilities or attacks could cause losses and harm the company's reputation.
- Intellectual property. The company may not obtain or protect patents and other rights, and others may claim the company infringes theirs.
- Competition. Larger companies, payment networks and open standards groups are building in the same area.
- People. The company depends on a small number of people and contractors.
- Dilution. The proposed transaction, convertible debt and future financings may substantially dilute existing shareholders.
- Market for the stock. SILS is quoted on the OTCID Basic Market. Trading is thin and prices can be volatile. No national exchange listing, listing date or liquidity is assured.
- Reporting status. The company is not currently an SEC reporting company and its financial statements are unaudited. It must stay current in its OTC Markets disclosure. Any future SEC registration depends on audits and other conditions.
3. Third-party figures
Market figures, forecasts and statistics on this website come from third parties, are cited with sources and dates, and have not been independently verified. They are not company projections and do not represent company revenue.
4. Personal writing
Essays and letters by individuals on this website reflect the authors' personal views. They are not statements of the company.
5. No duty to update
Forward-looking statements speak only as of the date they are made. The company undertakes no obligation to update them, except as required by law.
6. No offer
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or token. The company's official disclosures are published through the OTC Markets Disclosure & News Service. See Investor relations.
