Networks

Designed for Revolution Network. Ready for the networks agents already use.

Revolution is the planned primary settlement network for SILS. SILS also plans to verify USDC payments on Base, Ethereum and Solana, and it states how each one is verified.

Revolution V2 devnet SILS node planned Base, Ethereum and Solana support is planned.

Revolution Network

Planned, subject to a definitive agreement

SILS plans to build on Revolution Network.

SILS is designing its products for Revolution V2, an Ethereum rollup on ZKsync OS, and for Revolution Name Service for .revo identities. Under the proposed arrangement, Revolution provides the chain, the names and the settlement contracts. SILS builds the products, operates them, and sells them.

Revolution V2 devnet is running. The Virtus public testnet is in setup.1

The SILS verifying node

Planned, subject to a definitive agreement

SILS plans to replay every Revolution block.

A verifying node is an external node run by a staked, approved operator. It replays every block and co-signs each batch before the batch is committed to Ethereum. The signatures add an execution check independent of the proof system.3

How verifying nodes co-sign Revolution batches The Revolution sequencer sends blocks to five verifying nodes, one of them the planned SILS node. Each node replays every block and co-signs the batch. A batch commits on Ethereum with three of five co-signatures and a validity proof. Admission

Entry is approved, not open. SILS follows the same path as every operator.4

Verify the business through RNS

The operator verifies as a legal entity. Revolution Name Service issues a business identity.

Join the on-chain allowlist

The verified operator's verifier key is added to the node allowlist.

Post the stake

The operator registers with a REVO stake at the governance-set minimum. SILS plans to stake REVO it already holds in its treasury.

Receive governance approval

The node moves from pending to active when governance approves it. Then it may co-sign.

Operator commitments

What running a verifying node requires of SILS once approved.3, 4

  • Heartbeat. The node sends a heartbeat from its registered verifier key. A node that misses the liveness window can be jailed by anyone and stops earning.
  • Keys in KMS or HSM. Signing keys are held in a KMS or HSM, not in files on the node host.
  • Monitoring. The node runs a pinned ZKsync OS external node with a batch verification client, a node agent and a metrics exporter.
  • Replay before signing. The node co-signs a batch after it has replayed every block in it.
No yield claims. SILS does not publish operator returns. Settlement fee routing to operators is under legal review.

Fee flow

Two fees. Two recipients. Kept separate.

A merchant that accepts a SILS payment pays a SILS service fee to SILS. Settlement on Revolution also carries a protocol settlement fee, which the protocol routes to verifying node operators. The two never mix.

Fee flow for a SILS payment settled on Revolution The merchant pays a SILS service fee to SILS. Separately, the payment settles in the Revolution Settlement contract, which routes the protocol settlement fee to verifying node operators pro rata by node weight. The protocol fee is proposed, governance-set and under legal review. Merchant Accepts an agent payment in USDC SILS Proof verification and settlement services. SILS revenue. Revolution Settlement Splits fixed at funding, paid in the settlement Verifying node operators Pro rata by node weight, through a fee index SILS service fee payment settles protocol fee Protocol settlement fee Proposed, governance-set, under legal review

The diagram shows structure. No rates are shown. The protocol fee is a Revolution governance parameter and is not SILS revenue.5

Chain by chain

Where SILS settles, and how it verifies each one.

A proof on Revolution is checked natively. A payment on another chain is checked against that chain's own commitments, or labeled as an attestation where none exist.

Chain facts as of October 3, 2026. Revolution figures are design targets from a draft whitepaper. SILS states no finality time for any network.

Why Revolution is primary

The chain was designed for this job.

Revolution's trust layer is built for agent commerce. SILS plans to use it as the record of identity, policy and proof.

01

Free to prepare

Identity, proofs, mandate anchors, intents and escrow creation run free. A network-run ERC-4337 paymaster sponsors the gas. Sponsorship fails open to user-paid gas.14

02

Names are native

.revo names come from Revolution Name Service. Agents are soulbound children of a verified parent.2

03

Data and proofs on Ethereum

From public testnet onward, every batch carries a validity proof. Its data is published to Ethereum in blobs.1

04

Co-signed batches

Verifying nodes replay every block and co-sign before commit. Mainnet needs three independent signers.3

05

Open standards in the contracts

ERC-4337 EntryPoint v0.8 at the canonical address. ERC-7579 accounts. An ERC-8004 mirror with transfer disabled. AP2 mandates anchored.15

Why also Base, Ethereum and Solana

Agent payments already settle there.

SILS meets merchants on the networks they accept today. Revolution remains the record of trust. It is not the sole mover of money.

Solana shareAbout 65%of x402 transaction volume at the x402 Foundation launch, Apr 2, 202616
USDC share99.3%of x402 agent-payment volume settles in USDC, Circle Q2 2026, Aug 5, 202617

Raw cumulative178.3M tx$135.7M as of Apr 21, 2026. Raw totals include wash and test transactions.18

Base

Where many x402 merchants already accept USDC. SILS adds owner verification and a private receipt on top.

Planned

Ethereum

The settlement layer under Revolution and Base. Storage proofs anchor to its block hashes.

Planned

Solana

High-volume stablecoin payments. SILS labels its verification as an attestation until a trustless state proof exists.
